COVID-19 Update

International shipping with Royal Mail is up and running as usual once again but expect possible delays related to COVID-19, which can vary depending on the region you're purchasing from.

Shipping times for orders within the UK should be relatively within the timeframes given, but are likely to be a few days longer in localised areas due to ongoing Covid-19 related staff shortages at Royal Mail warehouses

Payment Options

Payments are processed securely via PayPal which accepts most major card providers, and purchases are processed in British Pound Sterling (GBP £) at the checkout.


There is now a currency drop-down on the main shop page that will convert the prices listed to other currencies for international customers, however the final total will be subject to exchange rates set by PayPal so be aware there may be minor variations between the two beyond my control


Credit card information is never disclosed to me and the checkout process is secured by HTTPS/TLS encryption


Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies as I package and drop off everything to the post office myself, therefore orders are usually posted in bulk on a certain day.

All packages are sent via Royal Mail (which operates under Parcelforce Worldwide in some countries) which is available in the following:

1st Class (United Kingdom): 1 - 3 Business Days

Tracked 48 (United Kingdom): 1 - 2 Business Days

International Economy: 2 - 12 Weeks*

International Standard (Europe): 3 - 5 Business Days

International Standard (Outside of Europe): 5 - 7 Business Days

International Tracked (Europe): 3 - 5 Business Days

International Tracked (Outside of Europe): 5 - 7 Business Days

*Please be aware that this will be significantly longer if chosen, I've made it available as certain countries such as the USA currently have quite high shipping rates for larger parcels

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm also not responsible for any delays due to customs and this will need to be handled by the buyer.

Returns & Damaged Goods

Returns and cancellations

For items already shipped:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

If you wish to cancel an order and be refunded this must be done before the package has shipped, otherwise any refunds will not be given until the item has been returned to me.


Conditions of return
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale or seconds stock

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Goods

If your package was damaged during shipping and the items inside have arrived in bad condition I'm happy to send a replacement under the condition that you provide images of the damaged parcel, otherwise I cannot file a claim with my shipping provider and get reimbursed

The total value of the items I can replace depends on the shipping you select as they have different amounts of insurance coverage, they're as follows:

Economy & Standard Shipping: Up to £30

Tracked Shipping: Up to £250

Please keep this in mind if you plan on making a larger order!

Orders sent to wrong address

It's the customers responsibility to give the correct shipping information, once the order has been shipped it's out of my hands and I won't resend another so please double check!

Artwork copyrights
When an original or custom piece is purchased, while you will own the physical artwork the copyright of the design is still retained by me as the artist. This means you cannot profit from the design or appropriate it without my consent, for example scanning and selling prints of the artwork you purchased would be strictly not allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate are the measurements in the product descriptions?

Sizes of originals are usually estimated and/or rounded off so keep this in mind when planning on buying frames, and smaller items that have been hand cut (such as certain stickers) can vary slightly in size.However any listings such as prints that have been produced digitally are all the exact dimensions as specified (such as A4 prints)

Can I request a print of a certain artwork that's not listed?
Unfortunately not, my prints come in batches too large to cater to the one person so unless it was requested by many people it would leave me with excess prints of the one artwork.

Do you offer commissions or custom artworks?

I do! I offer this in both digital and traditional mediums - click here to see my commission prices

Can you add a custom message to the back of prints, such as a birthday greeting?
I do this free of charge for anyone who asks, just include what message you want the order details along with whether you want it printed or hand written, on a slip of paper or directly on the back of a print.

Is there a gift wrap option?

Not specifically as an extra service, but all orders are already wrapped in pretty packaging and you can mention that the order is a gift in the checkout details and I'll exclude any invoices, etc.
